See like an athlete with UA’s newest eyewear

A couple of  things to tell you about in Under Armour (UA) eyewear. Yes, the company is expanding big time into this arena.

Ball illumination:

UA’s NEW Game Day line is designed for sports where picking moving balls out of surroundings is critical – in our case, a tennis ball flying cross court or against the sky. Specialized green lenses deliver visual contrast and object illuminating  brightening. The 2016 line is set in black frames in a number of different models, all have incorporated AutoGrip “temple technology” which improves fit: Core 2.0, Igniter 2.0 (below), and Thief. Newcomers are Rival and Big Shot frames (best for tennis they say). The line ranges from $89.99-$129.99.

Tip: Women may want to look at the Game Day lens in the Igniter 2.0 frame first. It is listed as medium to large. That particular frame fits my face well.

Sun Protection:

For those who are primarily looking for sun protection with performance, check out the new UA Zone 2.0 (pictured just above and rated as medium to large). The sleek satin white frame is new and quite gorgeously sporty. The lenses are gray with multiflection, and again, really lightweight. Loved this pair myself; they go with everything.

As noted above, the  new Big Shot frame/sun lens combination (just above) is billed by UA as one of the best for tennis because of ventilation abilities that eliminate fogging.
